Ron Paul FREE car wash

Today I read about a church in Cincinnati that grew from 120 to 6,000 people by having free car washes. Brilliant idea!

(The picture at right is NOT a picture of that church's members!)

Let's adapt this idea in favor of Ron Paul. This a brilliant marketing idea, and in reality, its a decently cost effective one. Since we are all happy to donate our labor, the biggest expense is some good car washing soap which can't run you more than $15 for a gallon.

If you do plan to do this, be sure to have plenty of Ron Paul paraphernalia plastered all over the place to maximize his name exposure. You might even have a table where customers can pick up free campaign literature while they wait!

Thanks to wgadget at RonPaulForums.com for the tip!

BUILD A [white] HOUSE WITH [Ron Paul] CARDS!

Our friends over at Ron Paul Gear have come out with RonPaulCards.com. This site offers extremely attractive, well-designed, and AFFORDABLE business cards that highlight Dr. Paul's strengths and history.

The Ron Paul cards are based on a design from LibertyCard.org, but they are priced significantly lower than LibertyCard.org (in some cases, it looks like you can save 30%). What I like even more than the comparison savings is the actual cost per card from these guys: buy 20,000 cards and you are only paying $0.02 per card! That is microscopically low for a card of this caliber.

This might be one of the most cost-effective ways to spread the word about the good doctor. Plus, given their compact size, these cards are more likely to be kept by a patron that receives them, as opposed to the campaign's free slim-jims which won't fit in your pocket.

EDIT: The guys over at RonPaulForums.com suggest a specific placement for these cards. Find a big parking lot (Walmart, Costco, Home Depot, etc.) and place cards on the driver's side window just above the door handle (wedge them between the window and the seal) and the cards are almost guaranteed to be seen. Great suggestion!
